About Us
ShodhEco is a research initiative based in Pune with an objective of policy research, policy advocacy and policy outreach.
We not only publicize mundane research works but have innovated ways of presenting our research through communicative infographics, short videos, alphabet series, weekly short articles, public policy podcast, public policy meets in Pune.
ShodhEco evolved as an amalgamation of ideas of students willing to disseminate economics, geopolitics and public policy in January 2024. These areas are dynamic and the 21st century has only accelerated its evolution due to changing global scenarios, world orders and the exhaustive nature of challenges. We, at ShodhEco, project to take up research in myriad areas concerning economics, politics and public policy. ShodhEco predominantly works for decoding the state of Indian policy sphere, challenges, issues and offering research based solutions. We aim to put across perspectives through information, statistics and reflections on contemporary and current underpinnings.
ShodhEco goals to emerge as an interactive enterprise proliferating as a platform for interested researchers, authors and eco-socio enterprises.
Our Team
Harshada Abhyankar, our founder, holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Public Policy. She brings deep expertise in public policy and development research. She drives our vision of making policy research accessible and impactful, leading initiatives that connect research, advocacy, and outreach to address policy issues & challenges.
