A total of 3,273 news items published across Pune’s three newspapers during the year 2025 were collected and systematically analyzed.
By measuring how much attention issues receive, we mapped what dominates public discourse. For the Policymakers, Citizens, Activists, and Media, so that city governance can align with the issues that truly shape Pune’s public conversation.
This is an attempt to find out what Pune’s biggest civic issues really are.The report will help the decision-makers move from perception to evidence-based priorities.
